TWILIGHT CHAPTER 1~ THE QUEST FOR HONESTY

PONYVILLE ZONE ACT 3
~Village Liberation

Twilight Sparkle appears in White-Tail Woods and takes off with Ponyville very close in sight. It's not long before she's being pursued by cyber-armored ponies that she tries to evade. When it comes to the point of dodging almost becomes impossible, she has no choice but to resort to blasting an opening through. However, when she does, she notices the armor being destroyed when she hits the Egg-Ine Saddle on the back, setting the pony inside it free!

Twilight: Oh, now I get it! They're controlling them, but they're also weakpoints! Then I know just what to do! I'll set them all free!

Twilight's playstyle is a combination of the run-and-gun style of [Sin & Punishment] (On-Rail section) and the platforming of E-102 Gamma from [Sonic Adventure] (Open-platforming section). Twilight has a time limit that she has to keep up by shooting everything in as many combos as she can to keep the doorway to the special portal at the end of the stage opened. She has to hurry to make it in time. Her magic shooting can vary from rapidfire to charge shots. She can also do a charge tackle that can also act as a boost for short-distance speed.

While in On-Rail sections, perspective can change on a dime while Twilight can boost, brake, jump, dodge, steer, teleport to a different linear path, aim, and fire. While in Open-Range sections, Twilight can still run as fast as before, jump, dodge, aim and fire, and teleport to reach areas that she couldn't normally.

When she makes it to Ponyville, she rushes through the town as the whole population of Ponyville pours out of the houses to target Twilight and attack! Twilight switches to Open-Range and takes on each one as fast as she can to rush to the end of the Act. Her goal is to get back to the Library to get a couple book on magic-based combat to help her out. One quick run in and out later, she finishes her business in Ponyville and makes it to the end where a portal is opened. She revs up without fear and heads straight into it!

SPECIAL ZONE ACT 1
~The Element of Honesty

She jumps in and finds herself in a very colorful dimension. Even more colorful than what she's used to. She begins to fall down a seemingly endless free-falling section where she drifts from side to side collecting rings to charge her magic meter faster than usual and allow her to fire at the barrier targets and destroy each one until she reaches the final target. She sees the image of her friend, Apple Jack appear before her.

Apple Jack: Howdy, Twilight!

Twilight: Apple Jack!?

Apple Jack: Yup! I just wanted to make sure I saw ya win! Just like ya always do!

Twilight: Wait! But what about the rest of our friends?!

Apple Jack: We all need your help, Twilight! So c'mon! My Element is just up ahead! Y'all can do it! Lemme hear a "YEE-HAW!" *Vanishes*

Twilight: Apple Jack! *Sees the last barrier* Alright then! *Charges her horn for a drilling strike* FOR APPLE JACK!!!! YEE-HAAAAAAAAAAAAAW!!!!!! *Smashes right through and claims the Element of Honesty* I DID IT! *Teleports back out of the dimension*

ELEMENT OF HONESTY AQUIRED!

Twilight returns to Ponyville and sees everypony has been returned to normal. Twilight takes a moment to breathe until she sees a familiar face. Dr. Eggman appears in a floating vehicle above her and sees the Element of Harmony in her posession.

Eggman: YOU THERE! I see you have something I want! Give it here, and I might just spare your life!

Twilight:.....*Snarls* You can FORGET IT! You invade my home, hurt and take away everypony I love and care for, and now you're going to stand in my way?! No WAY! *Fires at Eggman*

Eggman: GAAH! Why you little-!

Twilight: I'm NOT listening to another word! Give back my home! *Charges again*

Eggman: Hmph! So be it, then! I didn't think it would be easy! Prepare to be stomped into dust! *Activates a new large mechanical EGG-HORSE that his Egg-O-Matic attaches to* HOHOHOHOHOHOOO!!!

BOSS- TWILIGHT SPARKLE VS. DR. EGGMAN (E.G.G. T.R.O.T.T.E.R.)

Twilight carefully plans for her first move only to be sent flying into the air when the shockwave from the mech's stomp prepells her into the air. This sets Twilight up for a devastating attack, but also gives her a chance to strike his upper weakpoints and attack Eggman directly.

After a few hits in the first phase, Eggman tries to run. Twilight sees a damaged Egg-Ine Saddle booster and ignites the thrusters that still work. She jumps on top of it to take off with it and give chase. She catches up to him. In this phase, Twilight charges up a magic powered shot with the saddle itself. While Eggman keeps attacking with rushes and projectiles, Twilight dodges each one until she reaches him in his mech and finally shoots the fully charged shot at Eggman and destroys his mech.

Eggman's blowing up in smoke and tries to get away angrily. Twilight tries to stop him, but Eggman's two robots, Orbot and Cubot appear and activate a teleport feature and warps Eggman away. Frustrated with his escape, Twilight stomps the ground and teleports herself away.

Sonic runs to the scene short after and sees all the damage around town and wonders what happened. He checks the citizens of Ponyville and sees them all unconscious, but normal. No machines on them. Someone has been through here. There was a battle and Sonic missed it! But at least this means he isn't the only one who's against Eggman. Just so long as whoever it is, is on his and Tails' side. Speaking of Tails, Sonic can't help but wonder how he's doing. Sonic runs off screen to advance forward.
